You don’t pay until our job is complete, except your initial deposit to secure your appointment which goes toward your total bill! We do accept cash, Credit/Debit Cards, or Venmo as a payment method.

Yes, we have a card reader that can process credit/debit cards in person if you want to pay this way or alternatively we accept Venmo payments however there will be an additional 2.9% fee on top of your bill for these payment methods.

We service the Las Vegas, 89141 area, and 20 miles outward from there. Bookings further than the 20-mile radius will be subject to $0.50/mile travel fees.

This is a great question! When selecting your detailing service it’s very important to make sure you’re getting the quality you deserve. We have the best-detailing equipment and products in the industry! In most instances, you’ll receive a better detail with us than you would if you dropped your car off at a local shop for the day. That’s because most shops work on quantity and not quality, hiring high school kids that are not adequately experienced nor trained to do their work. Our main focus is on quality!

This is a great question and 99% of the time the answer is yes! However, because we don’t see your vehicle before we come to do the detail and photos only show so much, we can’t guarantee this. Unfortunately, there are some vehicles that are so incredibly dirty that we do have to charge an extra dirty fee. Things such as extreme pet hair, mold, mildew, and abnormally conditions are subject to a possible additional fee. This is RARE but if this is the case, the detailer will discuss any additional charges with you before he starts on the detail.

Depending on your service, we can still usually perform your detail mobile. We have special techniques, products, and equipment that help us combat the weather. In the special event that it is too cold for a mobile detail, we may ask that you drop off the vehicle at our shop or simply reschedule for a warmer day.

A mobile detail means that we detail your vehicle right on-site at your home. We bring everything we need to perform the detail on-site. The only thing we need from you is a dirty vehicle, a water source and an outlet plugin.
