1. TERMS OF SERVICE.
Dean’s Mobile Detailing will provide interior detailing
cleaning services to the Client per the Client’s request. Services include:
a. Vacuuming and shampooing carpets and upholstery
b. Cleaning and conditioning leather seats (if applicable)
c. Cleaning all plastic, leather, and vinyl
d. Cleaning and detailing vents, center console, dashboard, and door panels
e. Removing most spots and stains
f. Cleaning interior of windows
g. Fine cleaning of cracks, crevices, and cup holders
h. Cleaning in between and under seats
i. Wiping door jambs
2. TRAVEL FEE.
.50 cents per mile will be added to each customer’s total if located over 20 miles from our zip code 89141. We currently travel in a 20-mile range surrounding Las Vegas, NV.
3. QUALITY OF SERVICE.
For your convenience and our quality control, Dean’s Mobile Detailing will go through a checklist at the end of each detail ensuring all areas have been cleaned. No services are guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle to any previous or new condition. Our detailers will do their absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. If the Client finds our service unsatisfactory at any point, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern.
4.PRICING.
Price is subject to change if the vehicle is ranked a level 2 or 3. Pending the condition of the client’s vehicle due to the additional time and chemicals needed for completion.
All credit/debit cards and Venmo payments are subject to an additional 2.9% processing fee.
5. THE CLEANING TEAM.
Dean’s Mobile Detailing detailers are highly trained and experienced in vehicle detailing. All detailing associates are professionally trained and certified by Dean’s Mobile Detailing. Our cleaners may work in teams of two or more depending on the size of the job.
6. PHOTOS.
We request that you allow Dean’s Mobile Detailing to use pictures of your vehicles for marketing purposes, including use on our social media pages and website. No personal identification of the vehicle or its owner will be published
7. PREPARING THE VEHICLES.
If for any reason the Client does not want a particular area of the vehicle to be cleaned or detailed, please let us know before we begin a job. Any personal items found in the vehicle will be packaged and placed in bags and removed from the vehicle. Items will then be returned to the vehicle when the detailing is finished. The client agrees to not hold us responsible for damage or loss to any item left inside or outside the vehicle.
8. PREEXISTING CONDITIONS AND DAMAGE.
We will check the condition of the vehicle for any existing damage during the pre-inspection and will take pictures of the vehicle prior to starting the job. The client will not hold Dean’s Mobile Detailing liable for pre-existing damage.
9. HIRING OF DEAN’S MOBILE DETAILING STAFF.
All of our detailers have signed a Non-Compete and Non-Circumvent Agreement with Dean’s Mobile Detailing. Therefore, they are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on his or her behalf or on behalf of any third party during their time with Minnesota Mobile Interior Detailing or from (3) three years following their leave. The client agrees to not hire past or present detailing members for a period of not less than three years from the date the team member last worked for Dean’s Mobile Detailing.
10. CONFIRMATION.
We require confirmation, either by phone, email, or text, of all appointments the day before and in some cases, on the day of the appointment. Day-of confirmations are necessary when appointments are scheduled more than 30 minutes away from the previous appointment. If we do not receive proper confirmation, the appointment will be canceled.
11.RESCHEDULING.
We reserve the right to alter, move or cancel a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
